What I must remember is:
Let it all fade away. God is feeding, nourishing. Not to surrender means holding back. If you hold back it won’t work. don’t let your thoughts fly through deep dark tunnels of time– forward and backward. You suffer and ache from old wounds and from expected wounds. That’s really giving God, the life-giver, very little credit…
When you surrender to God he immediately begins giving you unimaginable joys– things you could not manufacture yourself.
You’ve got to stop pushing against the river. Let the river flow. Flow on. Be here now. Today I am relaxed and free.
